Jappanned. Only minor differences in type 1, 2 and 3 planes. Mainly only in the fence appearance and brass screws style. No cutter adjustment. |

Fence now has a flat area so it can be reversed to reach farther in from the edge of the board. |

Screw adjustable fence started with type 12. The only difference in types 12-17 is trademark stamped on main body skate. Stanley in Script Logo is type 12. Various SW trademarks are types 13-15. Type 16 &17 are Stanley notched rectangle trademarks. (type 15 shown) |
